Standard Shipping Methods

Economy (USPS)

FREE on orders on all orders within USA. Sent via USPS. Typical shipping time is 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) but please allow 10 business days before contacting us in the event of not receiving your order.

Standard (Value)

We offer Standard (Value) shipping is $6.99. Sent via USPS. Typical shipping time is 3-6 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) but please allow 6 business days before contacting us in the event of not receiving your order.

Most items will be shipped same day when ordered before 4pm CST.

Note: heavier items will have a shipping charge including washing solutions ($4.95), stocking donner ($5.95).

Canada Shipping (USPS)

Canadian shipping is $24.95 on any size order. Shipments to Canada are made via USPS with delivery by Canada Post or CanPar. Shipments take 7-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available to Canada which takes 3-5 business days. Custom Tax charges may be applied*

Back-ordered Items

Our company has no control over manufacturer back orders. When an item goes on back order, we will contact the customer using their contact information on their invoice requesting if they would like to wait for their shipment,or to get it replaced with another item. Back ordered items will ship out using the same shipping option that was chosen at the time when the order was placed.

Once back-order item comes in, the order will ship out.

Expedited Shipping Methods

Rush (USPS Priority Mail ®)

Faster than standard shipping in most cases. Typical shipping time is 3-6 business days. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 2pm Central.

Express Saver (FedEx or UPS)

Fast & economical, and sent via FedEx or UPS. Typical shipping time is 2-4 business days. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm. Orders sent using this service do require a signature on receipt of the goods. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 2pm Central.

2nd Day Air (FedEx or UPS)

Two-day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper. Typical shipping time of 1-2 business days. Delivery time is between 9am and 5pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 12pm Central.

Next Day Air (FedEx or UPS)

Suitable for very urgent orders. Next-Day orders are sent via FedEx or UPS shipper. Typical shipping time of 1 bd. Delivery time is between 9am and 3pm. Shipping Cut-Off Time is 12pm Central for Next Day Air.

International Shipping Methods

We ship internationally as well to customers all around the world. Please see the chart on the right for shipping times and costs.

Larger orders for International shipping will have an adjusted shipping Fee based on the weight of the total shipment. Shipping charges will be calculated if any after the order is placed, and you will be notified.

Shipping Cut Off Times

If your compression garments order is placed by cut off time, your items are usually shipped the same day. Your tracking number will be emailed to you should you wish to track your package. If you need to cancel an order we provide a 1 hour window from the time the order was placed as all orders are processed quickly.

Tracking Your Shipment

Yes, all shipping methods are assigned a tracking number which is sent to the email on the order upon shipment. Please check your spam inbox before contacting us, as on-occasion the tracking information may end up there. Please contact us if you have not received a tracking number with your e-mail shipment confirmation. and we will be happy to give it to you. Please allow 1-2 business days before requesting a tracking number. Have your order id number ready when you call.

Estimated Shipping Times

Your order will be shipped out quickly, however shipping times are accurate estimates. We do not provide exact or guaranteed shipping times due to postal delays from weather, or things outside of our control. The estimates are provided for customers to make better decisions and provide convenience. Shipping times does not reflect processing time.

Lost/Stolen/Back-orders

We are not responsible for shipments that are lost, damaged or stolen. In case of a delayed back-order, we will contact your by email or phone(if provided) to provide alternative options.
